The Commonwealth Renewable Energy Report is a new publication to support Commonwealth countries in their transition to a sustainable energy future. Produced in partnership with the RCS, it will promote the widespread adoption of all forms of renewable energy across the Commonwealth.
Featuring over 40 articles and case studies from leading experts, the Commonwealth Renewable Energy Report will catalyse international cooperation, highlight excellence, and encourage knowledge transfer regarding policies, technologies, and financing of renewable energy across the Commonwealth’s 52 member states. The annual publication will be launched in October 2017 and distributed for free – in hard copy and electronic formats – primarily to Commonwealth Ministers of Energy, and their senior officials, as well as High Commissioners, finance organisations (including multilateral banks), technology providers, regional leaders, and multilateral organisations (including the African Union, ASEAN, and Caricom).
Supporting partners of the Commonwealth Renewable Energy Report include the World Energy Council, REEEP, REN21, Global Wind Energy Council, World Wind Energy Association, International Solar Energy Society and Solar Power Europe.
