Marketing Executive - Henley Media

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the Henley Media Group team.

Henley Media Group delivers authoritative media solutions to engage audiences - from headline conferences, industry exhibitions and awards-dinners, to monthly magazines, ministerial reference books and integrated websites.

The Role

We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated team player to join the marketing side of the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create news stories, work closely with clients and implement digital marketing campaigns via social media channels. The candidate will also be required to write content for digital email newsletters and write analytical reports on relevant topics.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Goals are to increase relevant website traffic, sign-ups to our Supplier Directory, delegate revenues and attendees, subscription revenues and overall engagement with industry/audience
Implement commercially focussed marketing processes with the CRM and marketing automation platform.
Creating targeted marketing and communications to attract attendees to our conferences.
Briefing in-house web and print designers to develop sales and marketing collateral
Distribute content to relevant audience and communities to maximise engagement and lead generation opportunities.
Develop content marketing and engagement around our events
Analyse current marketing campaigns and plan future strategies for improvement
Deliver a multiplatform social media strategy
Update the company website with articles and directory information

The successful applicant will have:

Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
A minimum of 1 years' experience gained in a B2B marketing environment (maritime, transport or technology background highly desirable)
Used and mastered multiple digital marketing tools
Ability to develop deep understanding of audience, audience needs, industry/make up and marketing effectiveness.
Keen understanding of data driven marketing
Success in delivering marketing across direct, online and print.
Exceptional organisational skills withthe ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation
Strong computer literacy across all Microsoft and CRM products
