Testimonials
Henley Media Group enjoys the benefits of employing some excellent and talented individuals across both sales and operational sides of the business, all of whom are central to the success and on-going development of the company.
The company has an entrepreneurial and fast moving work ethos coupled with a purposely flat-management structure, which encourages all staff to develop within their roles and embrace levels of responsibility not normally seen in larger media companies.
The benefits of this for the individuals that work for us are that they learn fast, have their ideas listened to, and are able to develop their skills and experience on the job rather than in the classroom. However, don't take our word for it. Read for yourself what some of our current employees say about us...

NickDue to my background in sports management, I was head-hunted by the company and joined the SportsPro division as Senior Sales Executive in July 2010. The company regarded my in-depth knowledge of the industry vital and with a proven sales record I was quickly promoted to Sales Manager in January 2011. My visa expired earlier this year and thankfully the company were very supportive and are currently sponsoring me to remain in the UK so I can continue to build up the sales team with sales executives who have an avid interest in both sales and the sporting industry. |

DanIn the Summer of 2010 I relocated to London from Eastbourne. I was told I had passed my interview with flying colours and I joined the company as a Graphic Designer for Solar Media in May 2010. Our Production Manager went on maternity leave in June of this year and I'm currently covering her position. Working for the company has allowed me to expand on my skills and step up my game as a Designer as I get to work on a large variety of projects and across many brands. |

SylviaI've been with the company since October 2008 and can't believe that I've been here 3 years already! I still work for the sales team of the Commonwealth division, but my responsibilities have now grown to include editorial content and interviewing Senior Ministers and Heads of State. Working for the company means I'm continuously learning new subject matters and you get cake on your birthday! |

SulaI joined the company in 2003 and have worked my way up from being a Sales and Marketing administrator with Sustainable Development International to being Project Director for the Sustainable Development Division. I have had great experiences managing events globally and meeting fascinating people as part of my role. I left after 7 and a half years to do a ski season and have returned to the company recently. The reason I came back and what I think makes Henley Media Group a rewarding place to work are the opportunities that arise. If you have a good idea and can find a way to make it work and to make it profitable, the company will support you. |
