12 October 2011HMG produces the official publication for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting

Every two years, the Commonwealth Government Heads hold a summit conference called the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), to discuss and agree on a range of issues which are critical to the successful development of their countries and peoples. This year’s summit, taking place on the 28th– 30th Australia in Perth Australia, will provide a unique forum for consultation at the highest level of government. The theme for the 2011 CHOGM is "Building National Resilience, Building Global Resilience".
Henley Media Group is appointed by the Commonwealth Secretariat to produce the official CHOGM Reference Report which is published for and distributed at the biennial meetings. The Report acts as an authoritative source of information for Commonwealth Heads of State, providing them with unique insights into the issues currently faced within the Commonwealth. Following the CHOGM summit, the Report is distributed widely to Ministers and senior government officials within the Commonwealth as well as multilateral and civil society organisations and the private sector active within Commonwealth countries.
The report includes focuses on various issues topics including education and trade, with authors including Helen Clark, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Dr Jacques Diouf, Director General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (UNFAO).
