HMG produces the official publication for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting
Every two years, the Commonwealth Government Heads hold a summit conference called the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), to discuss and agree on a range of issues which are critical to the successful development of their countries and peoples. This year’s summit, taking place on the 28th– 30th Australia in Perth Australia, will provide a unique forum for consultation at the highest level of government. The theme for the 2011 CHOGM is "Building National Resilience, Building Global Resilience".

Royal Commonwealth Society appoints HMG for Queen’s Diamond Jubilee publication
In June 2012, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will celebrate her Diamond Jubilee, and with it 60 years as head of the Commonwealth. To mark this memorable occasion, the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS) has appointed Henley Media Group to produce a publication looking back over the last 60 years of the Queen's life and her role as head of the Commonwealth, and looking forward to the Queen and Commonwealth of tomorrow.

Pitching for a Greener future at UNEP’s GC/GMEF
For the second time, Climate Action in partnership with UNEP are showcasing a Green Technology Tent at the 26th session of the UNEP Governing Council /Global Ministerial Environment Forum (GC/GMEF), held in Nairobi, Kenya in February. The Green Technology Tent will feature innovative technologies that can assist governments and their populations in addressing global environmental concerns. Technologies include: mitigating and adapting to climate change, using natural resources more efficiently, ensuring environmentally sound management of chemicals, reducing pollution and environmental monitoring.

National Family Week launches Family Time! magazine
May 2011 will see the launch of a new parenting magazine aimed at mums of children aged 4 to 11. Produced twice a year, Family Time! mixes a chatty, informal style with serious issues and features celebrity family interviews, news, activity guides, expert tips and advice, as well as inspiring real-life family content. The title connects with its audience by focusing on topics that matter most to families including nutrition, health, education, finance, relationships, travel and lifestyle. 250,000 copies of this compelling new publication will be distributed bi-annually (spring/summer, autumn/winter) through GP surgeries, libraries, National Family Week partners and live events, with an expected readership of 1.5 million.

Taking on the task of spreading the word of the UK’s potential in the solar market, Solar Power UK organised a hugely successful conference on October 18th and19th. The conference, the theme of which was “Enabling the UK Solar Market for 2011,” drew over 450 delegates from all facets of the solar PV industry, including installers, suppliers, manufacturers, investment companies, and members of the media.
